Since our game has a large social component (interactions with Friends, Newspaper, Co-Ops etc.), you need to be connected to the Internet to play. This is also what allows you to save your progress. Make sure you have a stable Internet connection to avoid possible technical issues with the game. We recommend playing either via a Wi-Fi connection or a 3G/4G connection with a stable signal.
